  • Member, Committee on Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity
      • Collaborate with other committee members to develop and implement initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the college, including our Faculty Initiative that started in 2021
      • Assess the college’s current policies, practices, and culture to identify areas for improvement in DEI
      • Recommend changes to the college’s policies and practices to promote DEI
      • Work with college leadership to develop and implement DEI-related trainings for faculty, staff, and students
      • Develop and implement outreach and engagement activities to promote DEI and support underrepresented groups
      • Provide guidance and support to faculty and staff to ensure that teaching and learning practices promote DEI
